    1. When ordering an AC adapter, check the voltage and amperage on the bottom of the laptop to make sure you are ordering the correct AC adapter.
    2. Some models have more than one AC adapter depending on the amperage rating. The rating be taken from the laptop, not the AC adapter because this is the best match of what the laptop needs.
    3. AC adapters are safe to use within +/- 1V of the laptop voltage.
    4. It is also safe to have a higher amperage than marked on the laptop becuase the laptop can only pull the amperage it needs.

    1. Yes, we manufacture our own Adapters.  Our factory is located in China.  Almost all Adapters on the market are manufactured in China including all the major brand names like Dell and HP.

    1. All of our Adapters are brand new.  We never sell refurbished or used Adapters.
  13. 13. What if my part number is not listed?
    1. This corresponding part number list is not complete but covers the majority of part numbers. If the image of the tip and adapter looks like your adapter then it will fit your model. Check the specs of your original adapter to make sure you get the correct Watts and Volts.
  14. 14. The adapter I received does not work with my computer.
    1. Adapters have different types of tips, volts, amps and watts. Please check the specs on the product that you purchased on our website and compare it with your original adapter and laptop.
    2. We may have shipped out the wrong adapter from our warehouse. We handle a high volume of products and we deeply apologize for the error. Please check the specs on the adapter that you have received. There will also be a product number on your adapter. If it is different than what you purchased then this could be the issue. We will exchange the adapter for the correct model and compensate the shipping charge.
    3. The adapter may be defected. We test are adapters and we produce 1,000's of adapters a month. There is a small percentage that there will be can occational adater that will not work just like any other kind of electrical product in the market.

  15. 15. I receive an error message when I connect the adapter to my laptop.
    1. The most common error message is that the Watts is a lower amount than you need. The laptop will still charge but it may take longer to charge to 100% or it may not charge your laptop. In this situation you need to purchase an adapter that has a higher Watts.
    2. Please write down the error message so our customer service team can further assist you on finding the correct adapter for your laptop.
    3. Please refer to your laptop's manual, laptop specs and/or adapter so you know what kind of specs you need.

  16. 16. What is a Watt?
    1. A watt is a unit of measurement. This particular unit measures power, or capacity to do work. Watt's law (named for James Watt, an 18th-century Scottish engineer) states that one watt (1W) is how much power is in an electrical circuit where one ampere (1A), or amp, of current flows across a difference of one volt (1V).
  17. 17. Is it safe to use a higher Watt?
    1. Yes. A laptop AC adapter that has a higher power rating will allow for faster battery charging: An AC adapter with a higher power rating will allow more electrical current to flow, allowing more of the spare electrical current to flow into the battery.
    2. The major difference will be warmth and cost. A laptop AC adapter with a 120 Watts will be warmer than a 65 Watts laptop AC adapter since it uses more power. It may also cost more.
